A Florida woman’s accusing Patriots WR Randy Moss for an alleged domestic violence incident, and there’s a hearing coming up later in the month. Generally, especially since he hasn’t been arrested yet — it’s a very, very good idea to reserve judgment right now, since it’s somewhat convoluted. Plus, Moss has issued some very, very strong denials, saying he’s known his accuser for more than a decade — and claiming it’s extortion.
The interesting thing is that Rachelle Washington not only claims to have had an affair with Moss, but that he has guns and has a “drug or alcohol problem.” The NFL would be able to test for the latter.
But again, this is bizarre and unfocused right now.
